Camper was remodeled less than 2 years ago, with fresh paint inside living area and cabinets, new vinyl flooring in main area,  new kitchen countertops and sink+faucet, new double recliner sofa and single recliner electric lift chair. Mattress less than 1 year old. Sturdy wood deck steps built to match camper height for easier and safer access(not attached). Hard metal roofing had been added over slides for long-term use in same place. Area under 5th wheel hitch has been screened with vinyl fencing for extra outdoor storage. All of this can also be removed prior to closing if you wish to purchase everything together but want the option of taking camper on trips out of the park.   

(We have owned the lot and vacationed in Salt Springs for many years but purchased and remodeled this camper hoping to let the in-laws retire in the resort however health issues prevented them from staying.)

Each lot has separate metered electric hookups through Clay electric. Cable/Internet hook Up available through Spectrum. Water and Sewer expense is included in the Owner's Association Dues (legally a recorded condo association though this is an RV community and this is a deeded VACANT LOT).

 

Salt Springs Resort is a gated resort/campground located in the heart of the 383,000 acre Ocala National Forest and on the shores of Little Lake Kerr in Salt Springs, Florida. Nestled amidst 100 year old oaks covered in Spanish moss, the resort is clean, rich in nature, with small town charm. 

Currently total dues are $595.00 per quarter. This includes the Condo Owner's Association shared water and sewer, trash and other maintenance. And also the portion forwarded to Salt Springs Resort Association, which is a seperate company owning and managing the club house, pools and lakefront, (commonly referred to as resort property) of which each lot/cabin owner is a mandatory member.
